ANDAPH AB, org. No. 559345–0694, conducts online sales of fashion goods, including clothing and shoes, bags and luggage, jewelry and accessories, perfumes and cosmetics, through the ANDAPH e-commerce store www.andaph.com.
These general e-commerce Terms and Conditions apply when you, as a consumer, e-shop for goods at andaph.com. By placing an order on andaph.come, you as a customer agree to these Terms and Conditions. The Terms and Conditions that apply to your order are the version that is available on andaph.com at the time of the order.
ANDAPH has the right to update and change the Terms and Conditions at any time without notifying you in advance. ANDAPH further has the right to update, change, limit and/or remove content or functions on andaph.com at any time without notifying you in advance. We also reserve the right for possible printing and typing errors. Because the purchase Terms and Conditions in effect at all times are published on andaph.com, thus we recommend that you always keep yourself updated on the latest Terms and Conditions.
Agreement and customer details
To shop online at andaph.com, you must be 18 years of age, of legal age, and have the legal right to enter into a contract. You verify this by placing an order on andaph.com.
As a customer, you are responsible for ensuring that no one else can use your login details. If you suspect that someone unauthorized has gained access to your login details, this must be reported to customer service. If such a notification has not been made, you are responsible for all purchases made with your login details.
ANDAPH reserves the right to refuse or change your order in individual cases, e.g., if incorrect personal data has been provided or if there are other factual reasons.
ANDAPH reserves the right to suspend you as an e-commerce customer. In the event of a suspension, you will be informed of this.
Processing of personal data
ANDAPH processes your personal data, such as your contact details, payment and order information, among other things. So that we can fulfill our agreement with you and be able to process your order.

In addition, in order to offer a set of different payment options, we need to share your personal, contact, account and order details with the respective payment service provider. The use of this information is regulated in accordance with the applicable data protection law, Klarna's Data Protection Information and Quickpay's information on privacy policy .
Prices
All prices include tax (VAT).
Ordering
When you have completed an order, we will send you an order confirmation via email, which contains, among other things, information about the goods you have ordered, the price and other costs, and the delivery conditions. The order confirmation also includes a link to these terms of purchase. Sometimes situations can arise that cause the order confirmation to be delayed. If you have not received your order confirmation within a reasonable time, or if the order confirmation deviates from your order, please notify us as soon as possible.
Payment
You can pay for your order with Swish, Klarna, or with a bank, debit or credit card from Visa, Mastercard, Maestro or American Express.
Shipping cost
Shipping cost via PostNord agent is SEK 49. On occasion, free shipping can be offered via selected shipping options if you order over a certain amount. Right now you get free shipping to agents for purchases over SEK 1000.
Delivery time
Goods are normally packed the first weekday after placing the order and as soon as it is packed and sent you will receive a confirmation of this via email. Estimated delivery time is 2-5 working days.
Refund policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item should be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags.
The package sent to you will contain a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to return your purchased items. To start a return, you only need to put the return shipping label on the package, and take it to where you pick it up or a specified logistics site.
Destroyed packages / missing items
In the event that the package is broken or that goods are missing, it is important that we can report this to the right authority. In the event of broken goods, please contact the carrier first (see information in the delivery confirmation) and secondly our customer service at info@andaph.com
Our goods sent out to you are filmed to ensure that all goods and packaging is complete in connection with handover to the carrier, as well as to ensure that the correct goods have been sent and received. This also applies to our return handling.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have and make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return. Then you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
Privacy Policy
We do not resell personal information and do not pass on your personal information to others. They are only registered in our customer directory. You can request to have your information deleted at any time. In order for you to enter into an agreement with ANDAPH, we need the following information:

Registration of your personal information is used for the sole purpose of delivering the goods to you. The personal information is registered with ANDAPH, and stored for up to five years, after which the information is deleted. The director and employees for ANDAPH have access to the information recorded about you. The data manager in ANDAPH is: Andaph AB. We do not store and transmit customer information encrypted.
As registered with ANDAPH, you always have the right to object to the registration. You also have the right to know what information is registered about you. You have these rights under the Personal Data Act and in connection with this, please contact info@andaph.com .
Complaints
Swedish law is applied to these Purchase Terms. If you as a customer want to make a complaint or have other views, we would like you to contact our customer service. If we cannot agree, you can also make a report to The National Board for Consumer Disputes ("ARN"), Box 174, 101 23 Stockholm, www.arn.se , which hears disputes between consumers and traders free of charge.
ANDAPH always follows the ARN's recommendations.
As a consumer, you also have the opportunity to use the EU Commission's ODR platform (online dispute resolution) regarding online dispute resolution.
